Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle is currently recruiting Shop Assistants to join the Sleepmasters team in Pretoria and Tzaneen.

This opportunity is ideal for energetic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and delivering excellent service in a retail environment. Successful candidates will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and help maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers with product selections and recommendations.

– Provide excellent customer service at all times.

– Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

– Process cash and credit transactions according to company procedures.

– Merchandise products and maintain attractive store displays.

– Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

– Assist with general store administration and stock management.

– Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and customer-ready.

Requirements & Skills

-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

-7–12 months retail or sales experience will be advantageous.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Customer service orientated with a positive attitude.

-Ability to work well within a team.

-Self-motivated and target driven.

-Good attention to detail and initiative.

-Basic retail and merchandising knowledge.

-Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
