About the Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and creating memorable shopping experiences. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting products, maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store remains fully stocked and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
-Representing the Totalsports brand professionally at all times.
-Assisting customers in identifying products that best meet their needs.
-Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
-Selling a wide range of sportswear, footwear and fitness products.
-Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenishing stock and maintaining visually appealing merchandise displays.
-Ensuring the store remains clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Keeping up to date with the latest sports, fitness and fashion trends.
-Supporting daily store operations and completing additional duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service, sport and retail.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and within a team.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
