Overview

HiFi Corp, a division of Pepkor Lifestyle, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join its Hazyview store in Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will assist customers with selecting suitable products, provide excellent customer service and work towards achieving sales targets. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with Grade 12 and approximately 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.

– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

– Perform sales activities to generate revenue for the store.

– Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

– Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.

– Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.

– Ensure merchandise is presented appropriately to support sales.

– Process cash and credit transactions and related administration according to company policies.

– Maintain good knowledge of products across relevant categories.

– Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

– Contribute towards maximising store income and profitability.

– Follow company policies, procedures and operational standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably within a retail environment.
