Overview

Bradlows, part of Pepkor Lifestyle, is looking for two motivated and results-driven Salespersons to join its retail teams in Pretoria and Chatsworth.

The successful candidates will assist customers with selecting suitable products, build positive customer relationships and work towards achieving sales targets. The main objective of the role is to generate sales and maximise profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates with Grade 12 and approximately 7–12 months of sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform sales activities to generate sales and income.

– Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

– Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet those requirements.

– Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

– Provide professional and customer-focused service.

– Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.

– Ensure merchandise is presented appropriately to support sales.

– Process cash and credit transactions according to company policies.

– Complete relevant sales and credit administration accurately.

– Maintain good knowledge of available products and categories.

– Contribute towards increasing store revenue and profitability.

– Follow company policies, procedures and operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Approximately 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably within a retail environment.
