Overview
Incredible Connection, part of Pepkor Lifestyle, is looking for Salespersons to join its teams in Secunda and Emalahleni.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products and generating sales. The positions require individuals who are customer-focused, motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
– Assist customers with selecting suitable products.
– Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
– Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
– Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
– Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
– Maintain good knowledge of products across relevant categories.
– Process cash and credit-related transactions and administration according to company policies.
– Handle customer queries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
– Contribute towards maximising store income and profitability.
– Follow company policies, procedures and retail standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Approximately 7โ12 months of sales experience, preferably within a retail environment.
