Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is currently recruiting Salespersons for multiple store locations across South Africa.
These opportunities are ideal for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and retail service. Successful candidates will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall store growth and profitability.
A total of 4 positions are currently available nationwide.
Available Locations
- Rustenburg, North West
- Germiston, Gauteng (Fixed-Term Contract)
- Pretoria, Gauteng
- Bethlehem, Free State
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product recommendations and sales enquiries.
– Generate sales and contribute towards achieving store targets.
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
– Maintain merchandising and product display standards.
– Process cash and credit transactions according to company policies.
– Assist with daily store administration and operational duties.
– Attract and retain customers through professional service delivery.
– Support overall business growth and store profitability.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-7โ12 months retail or sales experience preferred.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientated and sales driven.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Basic retail and merchandising knowledge advantageous.
-Self-motivated with confidence and resilience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
