Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is currently hiring Salespersons for multiple store locations across South Africa.
These opportunities are ideal for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals who enjoy working with people and helping customers find products that suit their needs. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
A total of 5 positions are currently available nationwide.

- Zebediela, Limpopo
- Mamelodi, Gauteng (Fixed-Term Contract)
- Nongoma, KwaZulu-Natal
- Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape
- Pretoria, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities
– Generate sales and contribute towards achieving store targets.
– Provide professional and customer-focused service.
– Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
– Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
– Process cash and credit transactions according to company policies.
– Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
– Assist with store administration and daily retail operations.
– Support overall store growth and profitability.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-7โ12 months retail or sales experience preferred.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientated and sales driven.
-Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
-Basic retail and merchandising knowledge advantageous.
-Strong confidence, resilience, and willingness to learn.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
