Salary

R144 024 per annum
Level 2

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

-ABET Level 4 / Grade 9 / Standard 7 / NQF Level 1.

-South African citizenship.

-Ability to communicate in English and one other official language.

-Basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

-Ability to read and write.

-Ability to work professionally with other officials.

-Ability to operate basic machines and equipment.

-Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Duties

Successful candidates will perform general labour and stock support duties, including:

  • Receiving, checking, sorting and packing stock.
  • Picking and issuing stock items.
  • Loading and offloading stock and materials.
  • Packing items into bins, racks and stores.
  • Conducting stocktaking and spot checks.
  • Checking stock quality and quantity.
  • Assisting with uniforms, stationery, medals, accessories and warehouse items.
  • Reporting damaged or incorrect stock.
  • Assisting customers or end-users with required stock items.
