Seriti is inviting applications for the Fitter Engineering Learnership Programme.

This learnership is aimed at developing learners into qualified Artisans through structured theoretical learning and practical workplace training.

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science

OR

• N2 Certificate with:
• Mathematics
• Engineering Science
• Engineering Drawing
• Fitting & Machining Theory

• Minimum Symbol E (40%)

• Valid K53 Driver’s Licence

• Able to obtain Certificate of Fitness

• Willing to work shifts, standby and call-outs

• No criminal record

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in artisan training

• Assist with fitting and maintenance tasks

• Learn mechanical equipment repair procedures

• Assist with fault finding under supervision

• Follow safety procedures

• Complete theoretical and practical assessments
