About the Boxer Sustainability Officer Position

The Sustainability Officer will support the implementation of Boxer’s ESG strategy by helping the business collect, validate, analyse, monitor and report sustainability-related information.

The role involves working with data relating to areas such as:

-Energy.

-Greenhouse-gas emissions.

-Water.

-Waste.

-Recycling.

-Resource efficiency.

-Environmental performance.

-Enterprise and Supplier Development.

-Supplier sustainability.

The successful candidate will also support environmental and social risk-management processes and help maintain reliable records for reporting, governance and audit purposes.

This position therefore combines sustainability knowledge, ESG reporting, data analysis, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. ESG Data Management and Reporting

A major responsibility will be managing sustainability and ESG-related data.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage operational and project data.
  • Maintain reporting templates.
  • Maintain supporting source evidence.
  • Help ensure ESG datasets are accurate.
  • Check that information is complete and traceable.
  • Prepare dashboards.

2. ESG Performance Monitoring
