Overview
Rosebank College, part of the ADvTECH Group, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Call Centre Agents to join its student recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and education who enjoy helping prospective students make informed decisions about their future.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will engage with prospective students, promote Rosebank College programmes, generate student leads, and guide applicants through the enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
– Contact prospective students and introduce Rosebank College programmes.
– Conduct outbound calls to generate new student enquiries.
– Follow up on existing leads and inactive student databases.
– Build relationships with prospective students and parents.
– Schedule telephonic consultations and career guidance sessions.
– Explain available courses, admission requirements and application procedures.
– Capture and update customer information accurately on the system.
– Respond professionally to student enquiries and concerns.
– Promote the Rosebank College brand and increase student enrolments.
– Meet recruitment and sales targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Sales qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year sales or call centre experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
