Overview
Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers Limited is currently looking for a Cleaner to join the Facilities Department at the CTP Flexibles Factory in Cape Town.
This opportunity is ideal for hardworking and reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organised work environments. The successful candidate will assist with housekeeping, waste management, and general cleaning duties within the factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Sweep floors and clean drains within the factory area.
– Set up and move pallets when required.
– Remove waste bins from the factory and dispose of waste correctly.
– Maintain cleanliness of the waste area and surrounding spaces.
– Remove weeds, debris, and unwanted materials from designated areas.
– Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
– Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 8 (Standard 6) or NQF Level 1 qualification.
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
-Ability to work in a factory and housekeeping environment.
-Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
-Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious.

-Physical and manual cleaning duties required daily.
