Overview

Managed People Solutions is inviting unemployed young South Africans living in Randburg, Cosmo City, and Alexandra to apply for its Junior Merchandiser (Sales Representation) Learnership Programme.

This 12-month programme offers participants the opportunity to earn a National Certificate in Sales Representation while gaining valuable hands-on workplace experience within the retail industry. It is ideal for young people looking to build a career in sales, merchandising, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

– Participate in structured classroom and workplace learning.

– Gain practical experience in retail sales and merchandising.

– Assist with product merchandising and stock displays.

– Maintain merchandising standards in retail stores.

– Learn customer service and sales techniques.

– Follow workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.

– Complete all required assessments and training activities.

Requirements

  • South African citizen.
  • Aged between 18 and 28 years.
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Unemployed.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Must reside in Randburg, Cosmo City, or Alexandra.
  • Willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership programme.
