Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering NQF 4 Learnership Opportunities for unemployed young South Africans looking to gain valuable workplace experience in the automotive industry.
This structured 12-month programme combines practical workplace training with skills development, providing learners with an excellent foundation for future career opportunities in administration, warehouse operations, and general business operations.

Key Responsibilities
– Participate fully in all learnership training activities.
– Complete workplace assignments and practical learning tasks.
– Gain exposure to automotive industry operations and processes.
– Work closely with supervisors and mentors to develop workplace skills.
– Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
– Maintain professional conduct and attendance throughout the programme.
– Complete assessments and training requirements successfully.
– Assist departments with day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must not have previously participated in a SETA-funded learnership programme.
- Must not currently be funded by NSFAS.
- Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the placement location.
- Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace standards.
