Overview
adidas is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and fashion-conscious individuals to join its retail team as Permanent Part-Timers across multiple stores in South Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain retail experience while working with one of the world’s leading sportswear brands.
The successful candidates will assist with daily store operations, customer service, merchandising, stock management, and sales activities while helping deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
– Assist customers in selecting products and provide product recommendations.
– Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
– Support stock replenishment and product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor.
– Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
– Promote products and achieve individual and store sales targets.
– Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
– Protect company assets and follow loss prevention procedures.
– Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity.
– Participate in in-store and online training programmes.
– Develop knowledge of products, promotions, and store performance.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 0โ1 year retail experience.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
