Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-Good communication skills in English.
-Passion for retail and customer service.
-Ability to work shopping mall hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Duties
Successful candidates will:
- Serve customers efficiently at the checkout.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Help keep the store clean and well-organised.
- Follow company policies and security procedures.
