About the Opportunity
The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is a national initiative aimed at helping unemployed South African youth gain meaningful workplace experience.
Successful applicants will join The FIX, a leading fashion retailer, where they will gain practical retail experience while developing valuable customer service and sales skills.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
-Be between 18 and 28 years of age.
-Have Matric (Grade 12) (preferred).
-Be available to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
-Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one continuous year.
-Not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 โ March 2027).
-Not have previously participated in or been registered on the YES Programme.

Be responsible for their own accommodation and transport where applicable.
