Overview
Vans is looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Assistants to join its Eastpoint store team in Boksburg. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, sneakers, streetwear, youth culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and representing the Vans brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
– Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations.
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Replenish stock and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
– Support visual merchandising standards in line with Vans brand requirements.
– Achieve individual and store sales targets.
– Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive store environment.
– Promote current campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
– Act as a positive ambassador for the Vans brand and company culture.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience.
- Previous experience in a similar fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brand will be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude with a passion for retail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Interest in streetwear, sneakers, skateboarding, extreme sports, and youth culture.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours.
- Ability to meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
