About the Role
The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Sportscene by delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find products that match their lifestyle and fashion preferences. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving store sales targets while maintaining high merchandising standards and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
-Representing the Sportscene brand professionally at all times.
-Assisting customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
-Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
-Selling a diverse range of fashion and lifestyle products.
-Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.
-Keeping the store clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Staying up to date with the latest fashion and streetwear trends.
-Supporting day-to-day store operations and completing other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and fashion retail.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
