About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Exact, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs. You will help drive store sales, maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store is always ready to welcome customers.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for fashion and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
-Representing the Exact brand professionally at all times.
-Assisting customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
-Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
-Promoting a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products.
-Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.
-Ensuring the store remains clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Keeping up to date with current fashion and dรฉcor trends.
-Supporting daily store operations and other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and retail.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and within a team.
-Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
