Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-Previous retail sales experience.
-Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Initiative and a proactive approach to work.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
-Act as a brand ambassador for @home.
-Assist customers in selecting furniture, dรฉcor, kitchenware, bedding and home accessories.
-Recommend products that suit customers’ needs and preferences.
-Achieve individual and store sales targets.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Maintain attractive merchandise displays.
-Ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked and well presented.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Support daily store operations and work effectively within the team.
