Overview

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Consultant to join the team at its Eastgate store. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy working with customers, and want to build a career in retail. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive product training and work with the latest Apple devices and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

– Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products and services.

– Demonstrate Apple devices and provide hands-on product experiences.

– Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

– Achieve individual and store sales targets.

– Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with new Apple products and services.

– Ensure the store is well-presented and products are displayed according to company standards.

– Work collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is advantageous.
• Passion for technology and Apple products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to undergo background verification, including criminal, credit, identity, qualification, and reference checks.
