Relay Jeans is recruiting a full-time Sales Associate (40hr) for its Hemmingways Mall store in the Eastern Cape. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion retail, customer service excellence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver a world-class customer experience
- Drive retail sales performance and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assist customers in selecting fashion apparel and premium denim products
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully merchandised
- Monitor sales performance against targets
- Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends, seasonal promotions and retail campaigns
- Deliver excellent point-of-sale support and customer engagement
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Retail sales experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
