Overview

Transnet is recruiting Team Leaders to supervise railway electrification and maintenance teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams and resources

• Coordinate daily project activities

• Plan materials and equipment requirements

• Manage safety compliance on site

• Read and interpret electrical drawings

• Conduct maintenance activities

• Inspect and replace electrical components

• Ensure project quality standards are achieved

---

Minimum Requirements

• N2 Electrical Engineering

OR

• Grade 12

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Electrical maintenance experience

• Physically fit

• Good eyesight

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to work independently
