Overview
Sun City Resort is currently recruiting 29 Drivers to join its hospitality and guest services team. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused individuals with a valid Code 10 driver’s licence and PDP who enjoy interacting with people and providing exceptional service.
Successful candidates will be responsible for transporting guests safely around the resort and surrounding destinations, assisting with luggage handling, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
– Safely transport guests to various destinations within and outside the resort.
– Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
– Welcome guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
– Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
– Ensure vehicles remain clean, fuelled, and roadworthy at all times.
– Assist with valet parking and vehicle coordination when required.
– Follow approved routes and maintain accurate transport records.
– Handle guest enquiries and provide information about resort facilities and attractions.
– Assist with VIP arrivals and special guest requirements.
– Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns immediately.
– Support hotel operations with additional transport and delivery duties when required.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence.
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Clean driving record.
- Customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems.
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and attractions will be beneficial.
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling.
