Overview
VKB Group is seeking dedicated and hardworking Tyre Attendants to join its agricultural retail operations in Reitz and Hartswater. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards.
Successful candidates will assist with tyre fitting, repairs, balancing, loading, unloading, and general workshop support to ensure customers receive professional and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
– Install, fit, and remove tyres safely and efficiently.
– Perform tyre repairs and identify leaks or damages.
– Conduct tyre balancing and basic tyre maintenance.
– Load and offload tyres and related equipment.
– Ensure correct handling and storage of tyres.
– Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
– Safely store and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
– Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
– Follow all workplace safety procedures and company standards.
– Assist with general workshop and operational duties when required.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 certificate or relevant experience.
- 0โ2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking.
