Overview
VKB Group is inviting applications for four General Worker positions across its retail and grain operations. These opportunities are ideal for hardworking and physically fit individuals looking to build a career within one of South Africaโs leading agricultural companies.
Successful candidates will assist with loading, storage, cleaning, product handling, and general operational support while helping to ensure efficient daily operations at their assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with loading, bagging, storage, and handling of agricultural products.
– Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
– Support daily operational activities within the facility.
– Operate tractors and equipment when required and authorised.
– Assist with stock movement and product management.
– Ensure excellent customer service and operational support.
– Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
– Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
– Work effectively as part of the team to achieve operational targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- 0โ2 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Clear criminal record.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Punctual and hardworking attitude.
