Overview
Peermont Global is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waitron to join its team at Graceland. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
The successful candidate will provide efficient food and beverage service while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and service.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and efficient table service.
– Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals according to company standards.
– Ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
– Prepare and maintain service areas before, during, and after service.
– Keep the restaurant and service stations clean, organised, and fully stocked.
– Assist with table setup and clearing in line with hospitality standards.
– Process guest requests courteously and efficiently.
– Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
– Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
– Contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous experience as a Waitron or in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work with figures and process orders accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and busy service periods.
