Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Completed high school / equivalent qualification
-Strong interest in automotive technology
-Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team
-Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
-Commitment to producing quality work
-A valid driver’s licence is preferred but not essential
Previous customer service or technical experience, familiarity with automotive tools, automotive-related courses or basic knowledge of vehicle systems will be advantageous.
What You Will Learn & Do
The successful apprentice will:
- Participate in practical vehicle maintenance and repair training
- Assist qualified technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Learn how to use and maintain workshop tools and equipment
- Assist with tracking automotive parts and supplies
- Develop practical customer service skills
- Follow workshop safety procedures and company policies
- Attend ongoing automotive training and workshops
- Work alongside experienced team members to develop technical skills
