Overview

BCXP is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the branch team. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and compliance with company procedures.


Key Responsibilities

– Provide full administrative support to the Branch Management Team

– Manage calls, schedule meetings, and coordinate business travel arrangements

– Maintain calendars, records, and filing systems

– Oversee office administration, including ordering supplies and managing vendors

– Compile reports, analyse accounts, and assist with customer-related information

– Act as a contact point for facilities management and ensure health and safety compliance

– Support IT-related activities such as equipment setup and system updates

– Consolidate overtime and standby reports for staff

– Assist with managing travel expenses and claims


Requirements & Skills

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) qualification
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work in a team
  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
