Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join the team at the prestigious Westcliff property in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome guests and manage spa bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
– Handle guest enquiries, requests, and appointments professionally
– Provide information about spa treatments, services, and facilities
– Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules
– Ensure smooth daily operations at the spa reception
– Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to deliver seamless service
– Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
– Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in reception, spa, or hospitality environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Must have legal rights to work in South Africa
