Overview
Auto Pedigree, one of South Africaโs leading suppliers of quality pre-owned vehicles, is recruiting for two Driver/Cleaner positions based in Kuruman and East London. This opportunity is ideal for responsible and trustworthy individuals with driving experience who are passionate about customer service and vehicle care.
Successful candidates will assist with vehicle deliveries, collections, cleaning, inspections, and general operational support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver and collect vehicles, customers, goods, and documentation safely and efficiently.
– Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
– Conduct vehicle quality inspections and report any defects or irregularities.
– Deliver and collect documents from banks, suppliers, and customers.
– Maintain cleanliness and presentation of company premises.
– Ensure company vehicles are handled responsibly and professionally.
– Safeguard company assets and maintain ethical business practices.
– Support operational activities and perform additional duties when required.
– Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant driving or transport-related experience.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence with no endorsements.
- Own transport.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good command of English and ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Ability to read maps and follow directions.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Honest, reliable, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
