Sasol is inviting applications for Chemical Plant Operator Learnerships (X4 Posts) based in Komatipoort, Mpumalanga.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for unemployed youth who want to gain practical workplace experience while completing a structured learning programme within one of South Africa’s leading energy and chemical companies.
Preference will be given to candidates from the Nkomazi area.
Overview
The Learnership Programme combines structured theoretical training with practical workplace experience, allowing learners to develop valuable skills required in chemical plant operations and industrial environments.
Successful candidates will receive workplace exposure while working towards successfully completing the learnership programme.
Key Responsibilities
โข Participate in the Learnership Programme
โข Successfully complete all required assessments
โข Attend all structured training sessions
โข Participate in workplace readiness activities
โข Complete practical on-the-job training
โข Follow company safety procedures and standards
โข Work effectively within operational teams
โข Demonstrate commitment to learning and skills development

Option 1
โข Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (6 Subjects)
โข Mathematics or Technical Mathematics
โข English
โข Physical Science or Technical Science

โข N3 Certificate (6 Subjects)
