Overview
BUCO and HHL are currently recruiting for 14 Driver positions across multiple branches. These opportunities are ideal for experienced drivers who are committed to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the safe transportation and handling of products.
Successful candidates will be responsible for deliveries, vehicle inspections, loading and offloading stock, customer service, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver products safely, efficiently, and on time to customers.
– Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and securely.
– Assist with loading and offloading stock and materials.
– Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects.
– Maintain cleanliness and good condition of vehicles.
– Ensure delivery documentation is completed accurately.
– Collect and process COD payments where applicable.
– Prevent damages, shortages, and breakages during transportation.
– Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
– Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
– Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment where applicable.
– Uphold company values, policies, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid driver’s licence appropriate to vehicle category.
- Minimum 2 years relevant driving experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Physically fit and capable of handling loading and offloading duties.
- Forklift licence and experience advantageous for Forklift Driver positions.
