About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Foschini brand by delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, drive sales, maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store is always ready to welcome shoppers.
This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
-Represent the Foschini brand professionally.
-Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
-Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Stay up to date with the latest fashion and dรฉcor trends.
-Replenish stock and maintain well-presented merchandise displays.
-Ensure the store remains clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Support daily store operations and team activities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and retail.
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-The ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
