Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is offering exciting Graduate Internship and TVET Work Integrated Learning opportunities funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.
This programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates and TVET students who want to gain valuable workplace experience within one of South Africaโs leading retail groups. Successful candidates will receive practical exposure to retail operations, leadership development, business systems, and professional workplace training at the Pepkor Lifestyle Head Office in Johannesburg.

Fields of Study Required
Applications are invited from candidates with qualifications in:
-Marketing Management
-Business Management / Business Administration
-Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
-Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
-IT Project Administration / Project Management
-Information Systems / Business Information Technology
-TVET and HET graduates requiring practical workplace experience
Key Responsibilities
– Attend induction programmes, training sessions, and workplace meetings.
– Assist senior staff members with daily operational duties.
– Conduct research and analyse business trends and retail practices.
– Visit different stores and departments to gain practical workplace exposure.
– Prepare reports and presentations when required.
– Participate in team projects and business initiatives.
– Perform additional tasks to support company objectives and development.
Requirements & Skills
-Must have a Degree, Diploma, or relevant TVET qualification from an accredited institution.
-Must be unemployed.
-Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID.
-Must be younger than 32 years old.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
-Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative.
-Strong work ethic and professionalism.
-Customer service understanding and problem-solving skills.
