Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Functional computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Assisting learners with assessments.
  • Supporting teaching and learning activities.
  • Preparing classrooms and teaching aids.
  • Assisting with ICT equipment and assistive devices.
  • Supporting learners during classroom activities.
  • Supervising learners during class, breaks and playtime.
  • Assisting with classroom organisation and learner control.
  • Performing classroom administrative duties.
  • Providing additional support to learners with disabilities, including accompanying learners to the bathroom where required.
