Totalsports is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its Bronkhorstspruit store on a maternity cover contract.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sport, fitness, customer service, and retail sales. The successful candidate will help create an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to the store’s sales performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a Totalsports brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selections, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
โข Act as a brand ambassador for Totalsports
โข Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
โข Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
โข Exceed customer expectations through professional assistance
โข Monitor and contribute towards achieving sales targets
โข Promote and sell a wide range of sporting and lifestyle products
โข Keep up to date with current product and fashion trends
โข Identify opportunities to generate additional sales
โข Replenish stock and maintain product displays
โข Ensure the store remains customer-ready at all times
โข Support store operations and merchandising activities
Minimum Requirements
โข Grade 12 / Matric
โข Passion for customer service and retail
โข Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
