The FIX, part of the TFG Group, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its Taxi Centre store in Limpopo.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with retail sales experience who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and helping customers find products they love. The successful candidate will contribute to sales growth while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador for The FIX by providing excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
โข Act as a brand ambassador and represent The FIX professionally
โข Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers
โข Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs
โข Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
โข Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving targets
โข Build strong relationships with customers
โข Maintain high standards of customer service
โข Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
โข Ensure stock is replenished and displayed attractively
โข Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
โข Support merchandising and promotional activities
Minimum Requirements
โข Grade 12 / Matric
โข Previous retail sales experience
โข Experience in the hospitality industry will be advantageous
โข Strong customer service skills
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
โข Strong attention to detail
โข Good organisational skills
