Overview
MPC Connect is recruiting 10 Online English Tutors to join its growing team across multiple South African locations. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching English and making a positive impact on students from around the world.
Successful candidates will deliver engaging online English lessons from modern office-based learning centres while receiving ongoing training and support.
Key Responsibilities
– Teach English to international students through online learning platforms.
– Deliver engaging, interactive, and professional lessons.
– Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
– Help students improve their speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
– Maintain accurate lesson records and student progress.
– Use online teaching tools and technology effectively.
– Follow company teaching standards and lesson plans.
– Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or currently studying towards a degree (preferred).
- TEFL/TESOL Certificate is advantageous.
- Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not always required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work from the office during scheduled shifts.
