Overview

Sea Harvest is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its Finance and Administration team in Saldanha. This role is ideal for an organised individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing efficient administrative and front-office support.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

– Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-desk service.

– Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.

– Receive and assist guests, clients, and service providers.

– Provide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support.

– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

– Maintain reception and waiting areas in a neat and professional condition.

– Assist departments with administrative tasks as required.

– Support the Finance and Administration team with day-to-day office activities.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience will be an advantage.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Professional appearance and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
