Minimum Requirements

Most posts require:

-Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent.

-No experience required for most Level 5 posts.

-Computer literacy, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

-Good communication skills in English.

-Ability to work independently and in a team.

-Good planning, organising and administration skills.

-Attention to detail.

-Ability to handle confidential documents where required.

Some supervisor or media-related posts require relevant experience in HR administration, media centre work, production of training material, graphic design or office administration.

Key Duties

Successful candidates may be responsible for:

• General office administration.
• Registry and filing duties.
• Receiving and dispatching correspondence.
• Managing training administration.
• Typing documents, reports and memorandums.
• Managing logistical and technical documents.
• Handling classified or confidential documents.
• Assisting with procurement, petty cash and stock control.
• Managing publications, certificates and training material.
• Capturing and maintaining records.
• Supporting stores, provisioning and inventory administration.
