Cotton On Kids is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join its team at Sandton City Shopping Centre.

Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a Cotton On Kids Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation standards, supporting merchandising activities, and helping customers find products they love.
You will also contribute to Cotton On’s mission of making a positive impact through the Cotton On Foundation and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
โข Create memorable and enjoyable shopping experiences for customers
โข Deliver exceptional customer service and support
โข Act as a Brand Ambassador for Cotton On Kids
โข Assist customers with product selections and enquiries
โข Maintain attractive merchandise displays
โข Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked
โข Support visual merchandising standards throughout the store
โข Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals
โข Promote Cotton On Foundation initiatives and community projects
โข Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Minimum Requirements
โข Grade 12 / Matric preferred
โข Passion for fashion and retail
โข Excellent customer service skills
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
โข Positive attitude and willingness to learn
โข Ability to work both independently and within a team
