Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is currently hiring Salespersons for multiple stores nationwide.
These opportunities are ideal for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about retail, sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Successful candidates will assist customers, drive sales growth, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving store targets.
A total of 13 positions are currently available across several provinces.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selections.
– Generate sales and achieve store sales targets.
– Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
– Process cash and credit transactions according to company procedures.
– Handle customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.
– Maintain product displays and ensure stock is presented neatly.
– Assist with sales administration and store operations.
– Contribute to overall store growth and profitability.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-7โ12 months retail or sales experience preferred.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientated with strong selling skills.
-Self-motivated and target driven.
-Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-Team player with a positive attitude.
-Basic retail and product knowledge advantageous.
-Confidence, resilience, and willingness to learn.
