Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is currently recruiting Salespersons for multiple store locations across South Africa.
These opportunities are ideal for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals who are passionate about retail sales and delivering excellent customer experiences. Successful candidates will assist customers, drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to store profitability.
A total of 3 positions are currently available.
Available Positions
- Salesperson โ Malelane Inkwazi Centre, Mpumalanga
- Part-Time Salesperson โ Goodwood, Western Cape
- Part-Time Salesperson โ Thohoyandou, Limpopo
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
– Generate sales and work towards achieving store targets.
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
– Process cash and credit transactions according to company policies.
– Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
– Handle sales administration and store-related duties.
– Assist in attracting and retaining customers through excellent service.
– Support daily store operations and overall business growth.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-7โ12 months retail or sales experience preferred.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientated and sales driven.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
-Basic retail and product knowledge advantageous.
-Positive attitude, confidence, and resilience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
