The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting unemployed graduates and TVET College learners to apply for 5 Internship and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities at the Mpumalanga Regional Office.

There are 2 Graduate Internship positions and 3 Work Integrated Learning positions available in Finance, Human Capital Management, Grants Administration, Executive Support, and Communications & Customer Care.

Graduate interns will receive an all-inclusive monthly stipend of R8,174.80, while WIL learners will receive R5,865.25 per month.

WIL Programme Requirements

Applicants for the Work Integrated Learning opportunities must:

  • Have completed an N6 National Certificate
  • Be South African citizens
  • Be unemployed
  • Require practical work exposure to complete their qualification
  • Require a minimum of 6โ€“18 months practical work exposure
  • Obtain confirmation from their institution

Successful candidates will be appointed on an 18-month Work Integrated Learning contract.
