Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Totalsports brand while helping customers find products that suit their needs and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
-Act as a brand ambassador for Totalsports.
-Assist customers in selecting products and finding solutions that meet their needs.
-Achieve individual and store sales targets.
-Promote current promotions, campaigns, and new product ranges.
-Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion and sportswear trends.
-Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully merchandised.
-Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 (Matric).
Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience will be advantageous.
- Passion for customer service and retail is essential.
