Overview
MANCOSA PTY LTD in partnership with The Transcendance Group (TTG) is offering a Cybersecurity Learnership Programme for unemployed youth looking to enter the fast-growing ICT and cybersecurity sector.
This structured programme combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, providing learners with real-world exposure to cybersecurity environments. High-performing candidates may be considered for employment opportunities after successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
– Participate in structured cybersecurity training sessions
– Assist with basic cybersecurity monitoring and reporting
– Support IT security processes and compliance activities
– Conduct basic system checks and vulnerability assessments
– Assist with incident reporting and documentation
– Contribute to workplace-based projects and tasks
– Maintain learning logs and required documentation
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Basic computer literacy (essential)
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and digital technologies
- Unemployed South African youth aged 18 โ 35
- Residing in the Western Cape (preferred)
- Willingness to commit to the full 12-month programme
