Overview
Motus Corporation is offering YES Learnership opportunities across multiple locations in South Africa. This programme is designed for unemployed youth who are eager to gain practical workplace experience and build a career in the automotive industry.
Participants will receive structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to real business operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Participate in daily tasks within assigned departments
– Support administrative, finance, or warehouse operations
– Follow workplace procedures and instructions from supervisors
– Assist with basic operational duties and data capturing
– Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards
– Work collaboratively within a team environment
– Complete all required training and assessments
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- South African citizen
- Unemployed youth aged between 18 โ 29 years
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured programme
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (advantageous)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
