Overview
A retail company is seeking 4 Floor Assistants to join their teams in Centurion and Fourways. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product information and guide customers with purchases
– Support the sales team in achieving store targets
– Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and well-organised
– Assist with setting up attractive product displays
– Receive, unpack, and organise incoming stock
– Conduct stock checks and report any discrepancies
– Ensure correct pricing and labelling of products
– Maintain overall store cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2โ4 yearsโ retail experience
- Computer literate
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
